Shipping times

Fresh truffle shipments take place from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received by 1pm will be processed the same day, while orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed from Wednesday afternoon to Sunday will be processed the following Monday to avoid delays that could compromise the freshness of the product in the couriers’ warehouses. The fresh truffle is prepared, placed in isothermal containers and delivered within 24/48 hours, depending on the destination and the availability of the couriers.

— Method of receipt and notification —
When receiving the package, it is essential to follow the following instructions:

• Upon delivery of the package by the courier, check that the package is intact in all its parts
• Check that the anti-tamper tape is intact along the entire length of the tape
• Check that there are no obvious holes or cracks on the package

If even just one of the following conditions is not satisfied, we advise you to accept the package with reservations, indicating verbatim in the courier’s note the anomaly found in the package received. If you accept the package in a manner that differs from the above conditions, we cannot guarantee a complaint to the courier with a possible refund.
