Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 grams of corn flour
- 60 grams of white truffle
- 200 grams of gorgonzola
- 2 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Execution:
Let the water boil with the salt, then add the flour little by little. Mix immediately with a whisk, then continue stirring in the same direction using a wooden spoon with a long handle for 50 minutes. Always keep a saucepan of boiling salted water nearby, to add if the polenta dries out too much. When the polenta is ready, transfer it to the plate and garnish it with a generous layer of gorgonzola. Complete everything with abundant flakes of white truffle, and the dish is ready to be enjoyed.
Advise:
